Generally first menstruation menarche, appears in healthy girls around the age 12-14 yrs. If there is no first menstruation upto the age of 18 year or if it is suppressed for amenorrhoea. Menstruation stops during pregnancy and lactation but that is physiological.
In acupuncture results are very much satisfactory but careful examination is necessary as blood deficiency and blood stasis often mixed together.
